Water risk. One accountable partner.
The Austrian practice was founded on pharmaceutical water in 2003. Twenty-three years on, the same discipline runs through every system we design: industrial plant, institutional supply, private estate, rural source. A senior partner signs the written scope and stays through commissioning and stewardship.
Standards we work to
- USP <1231>
- EP 0169
- WHO GDWQ
- ISO 22000
- HACCP
Six water problems, one signature.
Each programme runs to the same standard of documentation. The scope decides the treatment train, not the vendor catalogue.
Purified + ultra-pure water
USP, EP, and WFI-grade systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and laboratory clients. Hot-loop sanitisation, validation packs, and long-term qualification support.
Industrial process water
Cooling tower make-up, boiler feed, CIP water, and process reuse loops. Sized against the plant data, not against a vendor datasheet.
Institutional supply + treatment
Hospitals, schools, hotels, and mixed-use estates. Safe-drinking compliance, Legionella control, hot-water redundancy, and metered accountability.
Residential + estate water
Principal residences and private estates: filtration, softening, pressure management, irrigation isolation, and silent redundancy.
Rural + off-grid supply
Borehole development, solar-driven pumping, storage sizing, and point-of-use treatment for sites without reliable municipal supply.
Wastewater + reuse
On-site treatment and greywater reuse engineered to the discharge standard the site actually has to meet, not the generic brochure one.
Work of this kind
The full record
Estate water demand and treatment design
Water demand model and dual-path treatment design for a five-block, roughly 100-flat coastal estate on a single borehole: media and UV for the non-brackish case, reverse osmosis for the brackish case, engineered on BWT hardware with WHO/NIS-aligned disinfection, monitoring and alarm architecture, turnkey budgets and a commissioning roadmap. Site meetings held in Lagos.

BWT Partner for Nigeria
ASE is a BWT Partner for Nigeria. The firm designs and delivers on BWT water-treatment technology, fronts technical inquiries across the DACH region to a compliance-gated standard, and carries the partnership into West African projects through its Lagos country team.
Survey. Design. Build. Steward.
Four stages, one partner across all of them. The baseline analysis is always written down before any equipment is proposed.
- Listen
Survey
Sampling, demand modelling, and site walk. Written baseline of what the site draws, produces, and discharges before anyone proposes a solution.
1 – 2 weeks
- Write
Design
P&IDs, equipment selection, and control philosophy issued as a stamped package. Independent of any single equipment vendor.
2 – 4 weeks
- Deliver
Build + commission
Installation, FAT, SAT, sanitisation, and handover under the name of the partner who signed the scope.
8 – 16 weeks
- Hold
Stewardship
Quarterly reviews, trending, and planned replacements. A retained line back to the engineers who built the system.
Retained
Know what your source actually needs.
Thirty minutes with a senior partner. You leave with a written summary of the source, what treating it takes, and a direct line back.
