A private solutions practice, two lineages, one standard.
ASE Consultings is partner-owned and referral-led. Its origins trace back to an Austrian predecessor firm established in Vienna in 2003, and to a sister entity incorporated in Lagos in 2015. The two practices were later consolidated under a single partnership and operate today as one private problem-solving house, to one standard.

Origins
Vienna, 2003.
Established by a private circle of commissioning specialists with backgrounds in European utility and regulated pharmaceutical systems. The house operated under a different name for its first decade — a name it no longer trades under, and which clients who held mandates then continue to respect.
Pharmaceutical water, validation documentation, and industrial commissioning for European groups — delivered under NDA and to regulator standard. The documentation discipline that still defines the practice was set in those years.

Expansion
Lagos, 2015.
A sister entity was incorporated in Nigeria by partners of the Austrian firm, built around institutional and returning-diaspora infrastructure where reliable water, energy, and automation were preconditions of operation.
It operated independently, to the same written-scope standard, for several years — before the two practices were consolidated under a single partnership.



Consolidation
Two lineages, one partnership.
The Austrian and West African practices were consolidated under a single partner-owned house — ASE Consultings. One brief form, one commissioning standard, one set of partners accountable across both continents. The prior identities have been left to the record; the discipline they were built on has been carried forward.

How we work
Four disciplines, applied without exception.
These are not marketing lines. They shape how projects are priced, how teams are assembled, and what we decline.
One partner from start to finish
Every engagement is led by a named senior partner from first site visit through commissioning and stewardship. No rotating accounts, no hand-off risk.
Written before spoken
Scopes, specifications, commissioning records, and handover packs are documented as standard. Clients do not have to ask for paperwork — it arrives with the work.
Discretion as a condition
Most engagements run under NDA. We do not publish client lists, do not use client photography, and do not trade on relationships we cannot reference.
Regulated by default
Work is delivered to the standard required for the most scrutinised sector it touches — GMP, HACCP, ISO, or regulator-specific. Uplifting a project to that standard is not a cost line; it is the baseline.
The same four disciplines decide what we accept and what we decline. They have not changed since the first mandate.

The work is measured in decades, not quarters. The posture of the firm has always been the same.
Scope
Five practices, one delivery model.
The firm holds five practice lines under a single partner-led delivery model. Most engagements cross at least two of them.
Engagement
Principally by referral.
We welcome introductions from clients, peer firms, and advisors. New engagements begin with a thirty-minute conversation with a senior partner — no pipeline, no follow-up sequence.
