Four ways we take on work.
Each mode is priced, scoped, and documented differently. The consulting desk recommends the mode that fits the problem rather than the one that maximises revenue.

Feasibility + advisory
Written feasibility, option analysis, and independent second opinion on existing scopes. Typically two to six weeks, fixed fee.

End-to-end delivery
The full ASE model: survey, design, build, commission, and stewardship under a named senior partner. Priced to scope; fixed where possible.

Retained stewardship
For clients with ongoing infrastructure estates. Annual retainer with named lead, quarterly reviews, and defined response times for incidents.
- 04
Capital-project oversight
Stage-gate review and owner-engineer support on capital projects already in flight. A senior partner holds the brief across disciplines.
